TenantGraph is in active development. The product definition on this site is provisional and will evolve as development progresses.

Book a demo

Thirty minutes,
your own documents.

A TenantGraph demo is not a slide deck. Bring one tenancy agreement. We assemble a live, source-traceable record from it in front of you, then walk through the modules your operation would actually use.

The walkthrough

What happens in the session

MINUTES 0–10

One lease, assembled

Your document goes in and the record comes out: fields linked to source clauses, confidence shown honestly, and the review queue demonstrated on real exceptions.

MINUTES 10–25

Your modules, mapped

We walk the three layers against your current stack: what stays, what TenantGraph reads from, and which single module you would switch on first.

MINUTES 25–30

A straight answer

Fit or no fit. If the design partner programme suits, we outline terms. If not, we say so and leave you the extracted record.

current status

Demo booking opens with launch. TenantGraph is presented here as a product preview while the platform is in active development. Enquiries about the design partner programme are welcome in the meantime.

Frequently asked

The questions operators ask first

Does TenantGraph replace our PMS?+
No. TenantGraph is the data spine that sits beside whatever you run today. Start with one module, import what exists, and let the graph become the source of truth at your own pace, module by module rather than rip-and-replace.
Where does the data come from?+
Only from you: the documents you upload and the records your team creates while working. TenantGraph has no scraped listings, no purchased datasets and no third-party data dependencies, which also means no licensing risk passed on to you.
Can we trust what the AI extracts?+
You do not have to trust it. You can check it. Every value carries a verbatim quote that is verified mechanically against the document, amounts and dates must appear inside their quote, and computable rules are calculated from human-confirmed fields. Anything that fails a check waits for a person.
Which AI models does it use?+
Whichever you choose. The preview build ships adapters for Anthropic and OpenAI models behind one interface. You bring your own API key, which is stored encrypted and can be switched per account. A content-aware mock provider runs the demos at no cost, and an unconfigured provider fails visibly rather than serving demo data.
Can we adapt the fields, checks and rules?+
Yes, without code. Switch the 45 stock lease fields on or off and add custom fields with extraction hints. Set the application checklist and the rent-to-income ceiling. Choose the generic review rule pack or the England pack, and compare two models on the same document with the model bench.
Which documents and languages are supported?+
Tenancy agreements as PDFs with a text layer, so every value can be checked against the wording. Payslips, bank statements, ID documents, employment letters and references as PDFs or photos. Photo fields are never auto-verified: a person checks them side by side with the image. English and Chinese documents at launch; further languages driven by design-partner demand.
What happens to our original documents?+
They are kept as originals in your account’s own storage and can be opened at any time from the record they produced. Uploads are checked by content rather than filename, duplicates are recognised by hash, and leases and the rent ledger export as CSV whenever you need them.
How long does onboarding take?+
One lease is assembled live at the demo. A working portfolio, with leases ingested, the ledger live and events scheduled, inside the first week, without your team typing fields into forms.
How is it priced?+
Flat per-portfolio agreements that cover deploying TenantGraph into your own Cloudflare account, hand-over and ongoing updates, scoped at the demo against your unit count and modules. No per-seat pricing, no shared SaaS subscription, and terms in writing before you commit. Cloudflare usage is billed to your own account, with no mark-up from us.
